3 steps in analyzing your time management

1. Keep track of your personal and work time for one week

2. Analyze your findings. Identify and eliminate any unnecessary
    activities

3. Block off times for important tasks or activities that pay off more.
   Often you'll find you're delaying these in place of less important
   activities, or those that are unnecessary


After keeping track of your time for one week, you should be able to identify any unnecessary activities or patterns. Pick one or two of them at a time that you can eliminate or adjust, and you're on your way to a better time-management system
